What we mean by that is simply focus on one specific skill set and perfect that skill set because in the beginning, you won’t have a team within your agency who would help you in providing different services. Firstly, your main goal should be to get high-paying clients and some valuable testimonials, so focusing on one specific skill will give you the success you desire.
Once you start making $2000/mo or $5000/mo, you can consider hiring people and packing different areas, like consultant agencies, social media, or graphic design agencies.
Start building and perfecting your skills through mentorship programs or taking classes on different platforms like Skillshare, Udemy, or Coursera.
You really need to become an expert within the service or skill you provide because this way, your clients will be extremely satisfied as your skills will help them solve problems and grow exponentially.

Many people think that it’s enough to say we offer digital marketing or social media management as services, but actually, it’s not.

Setting a clear goal for your clients will help you create an irresistible offer. When you’re starting off, you don’t need to rely on a number, but at least getting them the specific outcome for their business will change the game for both of you.
Suppose you work in the healthcare department, so you can say, we’re going to get you new patients every week to grow your business, or if you work with real estate agents, you can simply say, we’re going to get you more real estate deals and leads that are looking to sell their homes.
That sounds a lot more attractive than just saying we will grow your business with digital marketing.
When you’re specific about who your client is, you can be clear about the result they will get when working with you.

What’s a risk reversal guarantee?
It is essentially a guarantee that will allow you to eliminate the risk from your clients when they look at your offer or are on the fence, like not sure if they want to sign up to work with you. So this process will eliminate the risk for your client.
So an example of this could be:
“If you don’t see a positive Return On Investment from working with us within the next 60 days, we’ll give you your money back.”
This means that you’re assuring them that when you spend money with our business, our goal is to make you money, and if we don’t make you money, we will provide you with a refund for our services.

It’s not enough anymore to say that I’m simply XYZ digital marketer or XYZ social media manager.
